        Gelato VANITY and Gelato is both easy and quick to make at home with wonderful tasting and impressive results using these user friendly machine, which can also produce Sorbet, Granites and Frozen yoghurt. How to operate:
Placed the bowl in a freezer for 12-18 hours at a temperature of 18°C (0°F). Then pour in the ingredients (900 g.) and fit the lid with motor. In 20-30 minutes an excellent quality homemade gelato is ready. The bowl is ideal for instant cooling of any kind of drink, and can be used as ice-bucket or bottle cooler. Once freesed, the bowl keeps a 10°C temperature for 2 hour. The 18/10 stainless steel inner bowl guarantees perfect hygiene and durability.  Absolutely scratchproof.
